Our Trip to Jersey

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted! We’ve had a busy summer, so I’ll be sure to make a few more posts in the coming days about all of our summer adventures.

Last month, we traveled out to New Jersey to visit your Uncle Christian for his 50th birthday. The picture above is you cheezin’ for the camera with Uncle Christian and your cousin Nina.

Uncle Christian is my oldest and best friend in the world. It’s tough living so far apart from each other. I wish we could see him, your cousins, and your Titi Jess every day.

We packed a lot into the trip. We went to Asbury Park and swam in the ocean. We went into Manhattan twice, and both times we got to see your Titi, who lives in Harlem. We went to the park, ate tons of good food, and got to spend some really special time with our family. It really was an amazing trip.

Your family loves you so much. Titi Jess’ brother, Uncle Luke, even said he wants to correspond with you. We’ll see if he actually does, but either way, he really took a liking to you.

You’re a very loved little man. You’re the best. And for your age, you’re a really good traveler!
