Hangin' at the Turtle Pond

There are two major places to buy plants in the city: Star Nursery and Moon Valley Nursery. I honestly love going to both places but Star has a feature that separates itself from Moon Valley: The turtle and koy pond.

This pic is you sitting on the edge waving at the turtles. You can’t see it in this pic, but there are a bunch of them standing all over each other getting some sun and relaxing. It’s really fun. I love it because you love it. I also love it because I had a red-eared slider turtle when I was in college and they’re great pets. Maybe we’ll put a little pond in the yard one day and get a turtle of two for it.
